🌿 קצת עליי A little about me

מאז 2013 אני מלמד ומתרגל עבודה אנרגטית — תהליכי ניקוי, הגנה ושחרור שליוויתי בהם אנשים במשך שנים. אני לא ממציא את זה: אספתי וחיברתי אותם ממורות ומורים שלימדו אותי, ומהמסורת שגדלתי בתוכה, ומעביר אותם הלאה בחינם — בדיוק כפי שקיבלתי אותם.

Since 2013 I've taught and practiced energy work — cleansing, protection and release processes I've guided people through for years. I didn't invent this: I collected and compiled it from teachers who taught me, and from the tradition I grew up in, and I pass it on for free — exactly as I received it.

אני גם בונה כלים וטכנולוגיה. אבל אם באתם לכאן מחפשים הגדרה אחת ויחידה — כדאי לדעת מראש: אני לא נועל את עצמי מתחת לאחת.

I also build tools and technology. But if you came here looking for one single definition — know in advance: I don't lock myself under one.

Three written processes I've guided people through for years. Each is a free download exactly as written — in Italian, translated from the 2013 Hebrew original — including the requests themselves and the list of sources that inspired them.

תהליך ניקוי יומיProcesso di Pulizia Quotidiana

טיהור יומי לגוף הפיזי ולשלושת הגופים העדינים — האתרי, הרגשי והמנטלי: פינוי רשמים אנרגטיים, חיזוק ההגנות, ועבודה עם ההארקה וחוט הכסף. כ-30 דקות של ישיבה או שכיבה שקטה — בלי לעשות דבר, רק לבקש ולהרשות.

A daily purification for the physical body and the three subtler bodies — etheric, emotional and mental: clearing energetic imprints, strengthening protection, working with grounding and the silver cord. About 30 quiet minutes — nothing to do but ask, and allow.

A do-it-yourself guide to cleansing a home energetically — from releasing vows that can open the door to unwanted energies, through a short daily process, to practical suggestions (salt, water, washing the floor).

שחרור נדרים ושבועותLiberazione da nedarim, shevuot e contratti

טקסט להקראה: שחרור נדרים, שבועות, הסכמים וקשרים שכבר אינם לטובתנו, עם בקשת תיקון וריפוי. מושרש במסורת (נוסחי האריז"ל והרש"ש, ודברי רבי נחמן), ומחייב גניזה לאחר השימוש.

A text to read aloud: releasing vows, oaths, agreements and bonds that no longer serve us, with a request for repair and healing. Rooted in tradition (the Arizal's and Rashash's liturgical formulas, and Rebbe Nachman's teaching), and requiring genizah (respectful storage) after use.

The drawing below is mine — first drawn for the Hebrew guide in 2013, and it maps the energy-body structure that all three practices refer to.
